What is a relationship?

A relationship is not an event but a process. It is a process of developing trust. Trust is energy that develops between individuals who share information in solving a given problem. Trust is established only when each one works to give confidence to another in fufilling the need given to solve the problem. When one gives this energy to another and another is willing to do the same, then a relationship exists. If at any time information is not shared or is inaccurate, trust is broken and a relationship fails.
